Job Advert – Finance Officer

Cultybraggan Camp, Comrie, Perthshire, PH6 2AB

Salary: £15,000 for 22.5 hours per week (£25,000 pro rata)

Days and hours to be agreed.  Some evening and weekend work may be required.   

Closing date:  9 a.m. Monday 12 October.

Interviews will be held week commencing 19 October.

Comrie Development Trust (CDT) is looking for a Finance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the CDT finance and funding, including any trading subsidiary, are effectively executed.

Applicants should be well educated and either hold appropriate qualifications in financial accounting and/or book-keeping, or are qualified by experience in which case work experience longer than two years will be required.  Knowledge of not-for-profit organisations or small companies with multiple income streams, including grants, loan finance, self-generated income and donations is an advantage

Planning, problem-solving, organising, negotiating, decision-making, communicating and managing will all be important skills.
