Share Offer Extension

06/11/2015

*Share Offer Extended Until November 27th*

mini visit 3I write to inform you firstly of the great success of the Cultybraggan Camp 21 Bunkhouse Project share offer as launched on September 29th 2015. Having reached over 50% of the target, the community share offer has so far raised almost £23,000. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to those of you who have applied, for your support in this unique venture which will help to preserve a part of our nation’s heritage, and provide a great resource in the Comrie area.

You will probably be aware that the closure date of the offer was set for Friday 6th November. We have now had to take account of the fact, as it is stated in the share offer document, that to be successful the balance of share holders has to have at least 60% of shareholders living locally with up to 40% outwith this area.

At the moment, this balance has not been met, as the campaign has been so successful in reaching so many people outside the area, who have responded by applying to purchase shares in the self-catering development. So, the decision has therefore been made to extend the offer for a further three weeks up until 27th November in order to maximise local investment. Funds will not be taken from your account until the offer finally closes after that date. Please be assured that that the development is in no way at risk. The decision has been made in the best interests of the project, which has already reached its start-up figure, and in order to give local people further opportunities to make investments.
